Union Village Towns

Union Village Towns is a large-scale luxury residential community project jointly invested and developed by well-known developers Minto Group and Metropia Urban Design. It is located at the northwest corner of the junction of two main roads, 16th Avenue and Kennedy Road in Markham. The project covers an area of 412 acres, including 2,295 detached houses or townhouse residential units, office buildings and supporting shopping centers, schools and parks. The community is expected to be completed and live in in 2021, and it is believed that it will become one of the most eye-catching star communities in Markham.
