G Group Development

Borough Apartment is a luxury residential apartment project invested and developed by well-known developer G Group Development. It is located in the northeast corner of the junction of Lawrence Ave E and Birchmount Rd in Toronto, in the Scarborough Dorset Park community. The entire project has a total area of two acres, including luxury residential apartments, Townhomes and a brand new park. It is expected to be available in 2023.
