One Yonge Condo (Yonge Street Apartment) developed by the famous developer Pinnacle International is located at the intersection of Yonge St (Yonge Street), the longest street in North America, and Lake Ontario. Toronto's first subway also runs along Yonge Street.

This piece of land originally belonged to Toronto Star, and the eastward extension of Harbor St divided the land into two parts, north and south. The north will be developed into three apartment buildings with 95, 80 and 65 floors. The Podium at the bottom of the apartment building will include hotels, community centers, and retail. When completed, the 95-story building will become one of the tallest buildings in Toronto. The south side is mainly for commercial use. There are two office buildings with 35 floors and 22 floors. The original Toronto Star building will be renovated into a 40-story building.

The completed Yong Street No. 1 will be connected to many rounds of underground cities, and you can walk directly to Union Station (Central Station), transfer to the subway or train, and travel very conveniently.
