Project Overview

The Festival apartment project is a luxury residential and commercial integrated community launched by well-known developer Menkes. It is located at the junction of Commerce St and Interchange Way in Vaughan, close to the intersection of the main road Jane St. and HWY 7, and it is an 8-minute walk to Vaughan. According to the plan, the Festival apartment project includes four towers, of which the first 59-storey building with a total of 656 units.
